Join us on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Cuchulainn’s Irish Pub to hear about Storytelling for Small Businessesand Self-Promotion from Natalie Wichrowski.
Natalie is a freelance writer in Streetsville/Meadowvale, specializing in copywriting and brand development for small businesses, startups, and “solopreneurs.” She draws on a 20 year career in customer service, her experience as a small business owner serving the legal industry, and a lifelong obsession with wordcraft, to help small businesses write marketing materials, build sales funnels, and develop and manage brand profiles, in person and online. With so much of our professional lives happening online – through our virtual profiles, marketing campaigns, and webpages – the story we tell about ourselves has never been as influential as it is right now.
At our June Streetsville Business Connects Networking Breakfast, Natalie will make the case that this is not the time to reduce ourselves to job titles, formulaic summaries, and quick add-on lines about our hobbies – this is the time to tell our stories. She will also walk us through a mini-workshop on how to craft a meaningful About or Profile page.
The Networking Breakfasts are held on the first Tuesday of every month from 8am to 9am.
