Movie Night in The Square: Cars
Come out and enjoy a movie in Streetsville under the stars. Bring your family, a blanket, or chairs and gather in the Village Square to see Cars. Come early, Lightning McQueen will be rolling in at 7:30pn for a meet and greet! The movie will begin at dusk.
Don’t forget to complete the evening with ice cream, churros, funnel cake, Beavertails, or your favourite snack from one of our local businesses.
Cars is about a hotshot rookie race car named Lightning McQueen who only cares about winning. On his way to an important championship race, he accidentally gets stranded in the small town of Radiator Springs along Route 66. While there, he meets quirky characters like Mater, Sally, and Doc Hudson, who teach him about friendship, humility, and enjoying life instead of just chasing fame. In the end, Lightning learns that helping others can matter more than coming in first place.
