The movie will begin at dusk but we’ll have lots going on to keep you entertained so arrive early.\nDon’t forget to complete the evening with ice cream, churros, funnel cake, Beavertails, or your favourite snack from one of our local businesses.\nThe Karate Kid follows Dre Parker, a 12 year old boy who moves from Detroit to Beijing with his mother. After being bullied by a group of kung fu students, Dre is mentored by a quiet maintenance man named Mr. Han, who teaches him martial arts, discipline, and confidence. As Dre trains, he prepares to face his rivals in a major tournament and learns important lessons about courage and respect.\nMovie is weather permitting and may be rescheduled to September 13 in the event of inclement weather.\n
